Friday 24th April 2026:
5:30–7:00 PM (90 minutes) All Levels Hatha Yoga masterclass
Hatha Yoga Experience - alignment-based, props-friendly, Sun Lotus Yoga. This will be a well-rounded class with sun salutations, standing poses and twists. We invite both the power vinyasa yoga practitioners as well as the hot 26&2 yogis to join for this hatha yoga class
7:15–8:15 PM Pranayama Masterclass and Energy Centers Meditation (60 minutes)

Pranayama + Chakra Meditation - this class will be lead from seated and lying down postures. Expect more esoteric energy work with breath, visualization, and light Yin-style holds. This will be a less physically active, accessible to all levels - wonderful to bring your yoga curious friend to!

- learn how to backward bend safely and healthily
- increase your spinal mobility
- back pain relief by focusing on twisting and all ranges of spinal movement—extension, flexion
- Learn back bending progressions: bridge to wheel, cobra/locust variations, floor spine strengthening work
- Counterposes, modifications for specific injuries
- Exercises for deeper unlocking for thoracic flexibility (this will be especially useful if you do a tonne of pilates but not a lot of yoga - learn how to move your upper back safely).
